Sabrina is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets group, representing numerous issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange.
She has significant experience in both public and private M&A transactions, having acted on numerous plans of arrangement, reverse takeovers, take-private transactions, share and asset acquisitions, and complex restructurings.
Sabrina has acted in countless private placements, both brokered and non-brokered, and guides private companies through the process of listing on a Canadian stock exchange. She thrives on helping companies bring their growth ambitions to life, supporting them as they scale and succeed in the public market, while navigating the complexities of becoming a public entity.
Additionally, Sabrina provides counsel on ongoing compliance with securities law and continuous disclosure requirements, as well as a wide range of corporate legal matters. She effectively supports both public and private companies, helping them achieve their legal and strategic objectives.
Beyond the boardroom, Sabrina enjoys getting lost in a new book (preferably not a legal one), practicing Pilates, discovering new music, and making a dent in her restaurant bucket list. She considers trying new pizza slices essential “market research” and is always on the lookout for the next best slice.
