Martin R. Kaplan

Martin is the Senior Partner and Past Chair of the Litigation Department at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP, having joined the firm to article in 1974 and thereafter being an associate and partner in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Martin’s litigation practice consists of all aspects of construction, insolvency, debtor/creditor, litigation and restructuring law, as well as all other aspects of commercial litigation in the broad spectrum. Martin has been involved in various forms of dispute resolution in construction matters, including mediations and arbitrations.
