Jordan is an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate and Banking & Financial Services practice groups.
He is developing a broad commercial real estate law practice, including providing advice on the acquisition and disposition of all types of real property, and on the financing and refinancing of various classes of real property and personal property.
Clients and colleagues alike, appreciate Jordan’s ability to move projects forward and provide strategies that balance advocacy and pragmatism. Before joining Foglers, Jordan practiced and articled with another Toronto firm. He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School where he was awarded the Honourable F.H. Barlow Scholarship upon graduation for excellence in commercial law. During his time at Osgoode Hall Law School, Jordan also completed an exchange semester at Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan, where his studies were focused on international investment law. Jordan believes that this international experience offers a valuable perspective to clients whose lives and businesses are increasingly shaped by globalization.
