Carlos earned his Juris Doctor degree at Osgoode Hall Law School.

During his time at law school, Carlos volunteered at West Toronto Community Legal Services, a non-profit community legal services clinic serving low-income people in Toronto’s West end. Carlos also volunteered at Artists’ Legal Advice Services; an organization dedicated to providing free legal advice to artists. 

Before going to law school, Carlos studied at Ivey Business School at Western University, where he graduated with distinction from the Honours Business Administration program. During his time at Western, Carlos contributed to the London community through S.W.A.M., an organization dedicated to teaching children with disabilities how to swim, and London Track 3, an organization dedicated to teaching people with disabilities to ski and snowboard.

In his free time, Carlos enjoys competing in triathlons. Most recently, Carlos completed the Ironman 70.3 at Chattanooga.
