Amna is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate and Banking & Financial Services practice groups. She routinely advises on the acquisition and disposition of a wide range of commercial assets, including retail centres, industrial and office buildings, and multi-residential complexes.
With extensive experience representing both lenders and borrowers, Amna is well-versed in real estate financing transactions, including those relating to acquisition, term, mezzanine and construction loan facilities. Driven by a client-focused approach, Amna works closely with stakeholders to craft solutions that address the nuances of each transaction while fostering a collaborative relationship with opposing parties to ensure her clients’ ultimate goals are achieved.
She is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, Amna also received her Honors Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. In her spare time, Amna enjoys travelling and sampling new cuisines. Before joining Foglers as an Associate, Amna summered and articled with the firm.
