Our History
Established in 1982 by the merger of the law firms of Siegal, Fogler and Rubinoff & Rubinoff, our firm traces its roots to 1935 and 1928 respectively. Our long-standing history and reputation is the foundation for our current team, which now includes over 130 lawyers and a support network of administrative staff. Four decades later, that entrepreneurial spirit which led our founding partners Lloyd S.D. Fogler and Melvyn P. Rubinoff to establish the firm, remains a central tenet of our culture and our business.
