Larry’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate with a particular emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions and financing of commercial, industrial and retail premises across Canada and abroad.
Throughout his career, Larry has acted as counsel in many of the largest national and international transactions involving Canadian real property. His clients include pension funds, developers, governmental organizations, lenders, institutional investors, landlords, tenants and other real property advisors.
Larry approaches all matters as a trusted advisor aiming to assist clients in realizing their business and legal goals through creative and proactive solutions.
Larry is the co-chair of Fogler’s Real Estate Group.
