Blair has appeared as counsel in all levels of court in Ontario as well as in the Superior Courts of, British Columbia and Nova Scotia, the Court of Appeal and British Columbia, the Federal Court of Canada, the Tax Court of Canada and in leave applications to the Supreme Court of Canada. Blair has argued matters before tribunals such as the Ontario Securities Commission and the Law Society Tribunal. Blair is a strong advocate on behalf of his clients and his extensive trial experience allow him to help clients both in and out of the courtroom.
