In Bhasin v. Hrynew, the Supreme Court of Canada took on the ʺunsettled and incoherentʺ body of jurisprudence regarding the duty of good faith in contract. The Court unanimously resolved the matter by finding a duty to perform contracts honestly, consistent with a principle of good faith.
