Litigation Associate

Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career?  Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is currently seeking an Associate to join our  Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2-3 years post-call experience working on commercial litigation matters, including shareholder and contractual disputes.
  • Excellent advocacy and organizational skills.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and keen interest in building client relationships.

Capital Markets & Securities Associate

Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? We are currently seeking a highly motivated lawyer to work as an Associate in our expanding Capital Markets & Securities Practice Group.

As a member of this group, the Associate will work on a broad spectrum of matters including prospectus offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, go-public transactions, exchange listings, continuous disclosure matters, shareholder meetings and corporate governance matters.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3-4 years post-call experience in a securities and capital markets practice.
  • Experience working on a variety of transactions including public and private M&A, securities offerings, capital markets, and private equity.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and keen interest in building client relationships.
