Teodora recently completed the JD Program at Western Law, graduating with distinction in June 2019. Before attending Western Law, Teodora received her Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour from McMaster University, graduating summa cum laude. While at McMaster, she completed a Honours Senior Thesis in the area of fitness to stand trial which was published in the International Journal of Risk and Recovery in 2018.
In her first year of law school, Teodora was an Intern at the Dispute Resolution Centre and a Staff Editor for the Western Journal of Legal Studies. She was also a Finalist in the Hicks Morley Hamilton Stewart Storie Labour Law Moot. During her second year of law school, Teodora was the Student Coordinator of the Dispute Resolution Centre, one of the Chairs for the Orientation Week Committee, a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research, Writing and Advocacy, and also enjoyed taking part in a number of extracurricular initiatives including Setting Precedent and In Vino Veritas. After finishing her summer placement at Fogler, Rubinoff, Teodora maintained her extracurricular involvement in her third and final year by acting as the Vice President of Student Affairs for the Student Legal Society.
Teodora is fluent in Serbian and proficient in French. Her interests include dancing, learning new languages, reading Dan Brown novels, and watching crime dramas.
