Daniel is an Associate in the firm’s business law group and is developing a diverse corporate practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, financings and other corporate/commercial law matters.
Daniel obtained his J.D. from the University of Ottawa, where he graduated cum laude. During his legal studies, he was a student ambassador of the Faculty of Law and a teaching assistant. Prior to law school, Daniel received his B.A. from McGill University and played on the varsity rugby team.
Daniel joined Fogler, Rubinoff LLP as a summer student in 2015 and articled with the firm from 2016-2017. Daniel was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2017.
